职位描述
1、集团品牌宣传的视频拍摄及制作，主要是短视频方向；
2、能利用现有的创意脚本或文案、图片素材对视频进行构思、制作;
3、对视频素材剪辑，利用音乐、色彩、镜头、特效等保障内容的精准表达；
4、独立完成视频文件的前后期制作、剪辑、备份、发布以及视频资料的日常管理工作。
职位要求
有To B行业互联网行业经验优先；
1. 视频拍摄和后期制作经验两年以上，有编导意识，摄影、动画、美术等相关专业本科及以上学历；熟练使用AE、PR、PS、AU等影视后期软件；
2.熟练使用摄像机、单反；
良好的沟通和学习能力，有担当责任心强，执行力强，抗压能力强，具有良好的团队合作意识；
4. 思维活跃，具备较高的美术基础，良好的审美感、镜头节奏感和音乐感；
5. 经验丰富、善于沟通和创新，对片子有自己的想法和理解，能清晰地表达作品内容；
6. 对片子的节奏、风格、色调、脉络有很清晰的把握；
7. 能够制作特效包装者优先；
8. 能够独立完成动画短片制作者优先。
