职位描述
1、维护现有客户资源，负责现有客户服务情况跟进处理；
2、指导客户操作使用产品，了解客户服务要求，提供专业服务；
3、处理并解决客户问题，进行客户满意度的的跟踪及分析；
4、负责与客户、同行业间建立良好的合作关系；
5、跟进客户续费；
6、随时协助和执行上级分配的工作。
职位要求
1、全日制本科；
2、有无经验皆可（100%客服小伙伴没有互联网行业经验，我们有完善的培训给你信心）；
3、耐心，有服务意识，具有良好的表达沟通能力；
4、熟练使用Word/Excel/PPT等办公软件；
5、问题处理能力强，稳定上进；
6、有相关客服或互联网行业经验优先；
7、路程超过1个小时建议能就近租房。
